ours still hasn’t changed and it was past 90 days and I never received anything and I had send the nvc an inquiry to get that info. finally got it but USCIS still isn’t updated to show sent to nvc.

@j d Iam in the same situation. my petition still shows approved since 30 days is not updated to show sent to NVC. i contacted Uscis and they told me to wait for 90 days.

If my brother-in-law's case was approved on October 10 and it still hasn't been sent to the State Department @sapceman .

i have same my case is aprroved now i got email they said you case sent to department of state i don’t know whats next step anybody know about this

@Paula Franco @j d @Belvie Jenny @kaur kaur @ENAR K just an update to everybody I called Uscis yesterday and asked them why they didn’t sent my case to the state department and they told me they already had sent it on October 13th. I got a notification today, I logged into my account and found an update that the case was sent to the department of state. if anyone has a similar problem you should call Uscis and make sure that they sent the case to the department of state

@Belvie Jenny yes,and I included both mine and my husbands email. I also did an inquiry through USCIS and all they would tell me is they sent it to nvc, so that’s why I sent an inquiry directly to NVC.

If I contacted USCIS today, they told me to wait two more days, otherwise I should call back, and NVC told me that they are having delays. @sapceman . thank You

when does NVC go by the date is it the notice date the USCIS sent it or the “sent to the department of state” on the case. kind of confused on that one @Paula Franco @sapceman .

@j d thanks. meaning that you have received your welcome letter even though Uscis has not updated to show sent to NVC. After how long exactly please ?today i contacted Uscis again they still tell me the same thing to wait for 90 days. mine is 30 days already still shows approved not sent to nvc

@Belvie Jenny after the inquiry with the nvc it took a week or two for a response from them. I first sent an email to: NVCResearch@state.gov and they gave me my case #. With the case number I was then able to do an inquiry to request the welcome letter to be resent because that email isn’t really supposed to be used for inquiry’s, to submit an inquiry you have to do that through the nvc site and need the case #.
