Why you never call Them?? If you don't push them u will never hear anything. Call the customer service and congressman

how can I file N400 without getting the 2nd GC approval??🤔🤔🤔
O JNov 17, 2021
if you had your green card for more than 3 years and you are still married to your wife you can file your citizenship too
s
sam marawanNov 17, 2021
O J … Me and my wife are divorced
O JNov 17, 2021
@ Sam Marawan then you can only file N -400 after 5 years
s
sam marawanNov 17, 2021
the 5 years will come by March 2022
O JNov 17, 2021
then you should file then it will trigger the I-751 to be approved if it is not approved by then

O J Can I apply for N400 before getting the 2nd green card?
Greg ONov 17, 2021
you can apply for N400 if your marriage was up to or over 3 years before you got divorce. You don’t necessarily need to wait for 5 years, but if you’re not sure you can wait till 5 years, and yes, you don’t have to have 10 years GC before you can incite N400. Best of luck brother!

unfortunately our marriage didn’t last 3 years and I applied for I-751 by myself without her signature. I received my 1st GC on June 2017. I think the 5 years will be completed by June 2022. Am I right ??
