hey I waited almost 3 years. my recommendation is not to sue it will take time and money. what I did for free and you can also is contact someone from congress who deals with immigration. they will get in contact with you and make you sign a privacy release form that way you give them permission to access your case info and 1 week later I got an update from uscis

I involved my congressperson and they mentioned I am eligible for interview waiver. That was 60 days ago so should I reach out to them again?

because no update has been made on my case so far!

is it showing outside normal processing times? mine was filed in nov 2020, so longer than yours. I know it’s frustrating, but there have been a lot of pending cases and I hope yours gets moved this year like all are hoping for theirs

thank you

Jim hacking can file a lawsuit.
$4500 tho
Priyanka GautamJul 27, 2022
I feel I should wait a little more. Atleast 20 months. $4500 sounds a lot

if you’re in a rush for a decision then lawsuit is the way to go but waiting is definitely my cheaper.
Priyanka GautamAug 2, 2022
yes luis since it is 17 months and case is under processing times. Even if I file a lawsuit now it could be motion to dismiss!

don’t listen to Luis he has no idea wat he’s talking about that’s the last thing you want to do

any update? I just found out my application FO is in Dallas even though I am living in Austin. and Dallas FO enquiry timeline in June 2023
Priyanka GautamSep 24, 2022
They moved mine to Chicago from NBC while I live in Dallas. I am little content and positive that atleast it is out of NBC!
Priyanka GautamSep 24, 2022
so I might wait a little more instead of taking a lawsuit path
