No update on parents case after 356 days
hello guys , I filed for my parent and it’s been 356 days , no update yet . I have called the uscis , they set up a call appointment but didn’t call me . I am a service member.
Also my parents had pending b1b2 visa interview since 2022 , got the interview this morning and got denied.
what’s the way forward guys ?

@deee don Once you applied for your parents they have shown immigrant intent to live here. That in and of itself is contradictory to getting a visitor’s visa hence they denied it. An I 130 usually takes a year to be processed. As a service member maybe you can reach out to your Senator. It won’t hurt. Good luck!
