I filled i360 in Feb 2023 recieved rfe for missing document Sept n then I got prima facie in Oct no updates after that. filed i765 n i485 in January 2024

Usually you should get a prima facie to indicate that you are qualified to file the way you did. It's like them acknowledging your claims. If they don't send it automatically then they will if they ask for rfe, but they take longer on some cases than others so who really knows sometimes

@Don A We are on the same boat. I filled last year and no PF yet. I had my attorney contact USCIS about this matter. according to their website, they would issue a PF if the applicant meet the requirements, so that’s why I’m concerned as well. let’s keep waiting and hope everything goes well.

@bless Emma How do you tell if you get a combo card when you apply for WP and AP? I just received a case status of “card being produced” for I-765 and not status for I-131. For the combo card did both your ls say “card being produced”?

@remain anonymous I didn’t receive no update on to now about card being produced all I get my lawyer get my mail they approve my work permit and parole and writhing 2 weeks I receive card in mail
