from April 2022, last prima facie expired in march and nothing yet.

@ALss ryz many people never receive a single PF and still get approved. Others receive multiple PFs and still get denied. getting a PF doesn’t guarantee approval. it only allows you to apply for assistance.

I got my approval for both Vawa and green card without one

@Princess campbell You need to come on here frequently to give people hope most especially those that never received a PF because a lot of people seems to be discouraged by some whose contribution is hinged on PF receipt as a basis of having a good undeniable case which is a wrong conception.

I only received 2 PF at the beginning, nothing thereafter. I am Feb 2022, still waiting

@ALss ryz same with me, I have an advance parole but I never used it either, haven’t gotten no prima facie or RFe either… did you file for an EAD renewal ? I filed mines in February this year both EAD and AP but up till now nothing on that

@Jesus baby I never get EAD cause my attorney send it under C31 category! and I send on June 2025 under c09 by mi self still waiting!
