No hopes left. I guess I’ll have to wait for another 1 year
My I-130 was approved in May, 2023. I was happy that it’s finally happening, but later after reading the notice I realized that it’s gonna take more time. Recently, I filed for I-824 and the processing center is Potomac. I see that people waiting more than a year to get their I-824 approved. I’m frustrated and sad.

@Aymi Nah its for action on Approved Petition. In case my, I was required to fill this form coz my lawyer didn’t fill in my consulate country.

@linda hey we received notice by mail. the processing center is mentioned at bottom left of the notice.

@april 2022 seems like your case is running outside of processing times. You should contact USCIS.

@linda hey it took around 20 days to receive notice. my wife received a SMS as well after 15 days of filing.
