I dont know what happens to this long wait time. maybe because we didn’t pay for premium? it seems now premium is the only way to know the results in a reasonable time.

you have to go Premium otherwise they will not open your case file. same happened with me. I did premium and got approved in a month… my PD October 05-2023

my case is from July 26,2023. I have been waiting for more than 2 yrs. I feel you. Everyone recommends pp, but for some that is not a possibility 😩
