I agree. We are waiting from oct 19 2022, cr1 category. I see on lawfully premium that new cases gets added to the queue which delays your place in line, it’s just not fair

@Rozana Bicaku if your a green card holder and you file for your husband that takes a lot of time that’s why they advice you to do your citizenship and then file for your spouse

@James martin sams You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Writ of Mandamus Assistance"
