NIW GC produced after 662 days!
Amazing news this morning after a long road! Including not getting selected in the H1B lottery 4 years, and a O1 denial in 2020.
What can I expect now in terms of next steps? Also I’m currently outside the U.S, in Ireland visiting my family (on my advanced parole). Does anyone know if this complicates my situation of re-entry?

Thank you! Got my first ead/ap in mid april 2020 (~6 weeks after my priority date), and my second one in april 2021. I had two RFEs, one for the NIW (which I took the max time to respond to) and then another for the medicals. I was somewhat intentional in replying to the RFEs slowly, as I wanted to stay in the U.S as long as possible even if I ended up with a rejection.

thank you 😊 i am just nervous because I am almost on my 400th day mark without receiving anything from them, and I thought my case is worst then I saw it took you 662 days for GC so I got really scared thought I am almost there. I can’t wait for another 260 days 😢

congrats EM C! did you receive your EAD/AP card in April 2020 before biometrics? how did that happen?

I don't know my officer case number unfortunately.
I did receive an EAD/AP prior to biometrics. This expedited process apparently was happening in early covid, have heard of other cases similar to mine. My ead has no fingerprint attached to it.

congratulations 🎈🍾🎊🎉. my priority date is Feb 2020 Eb2NIW also. i140 approved and only waiting for i485 🥺, I hope and pray it comes soon too.
