I believe uscis has slowed down after September. They were rushing before the end of the fiscal year. Now it is a new fiscal year, and new slow motion period.

Yeah I noticed the slow down plus the cases are processed randomly.

I reached out to congress office and they got the response from Uscis that Uscis is currently working on feb 2019 cases. I received combo card…after that pin drop silence from Uscis
