@elvinkm th how soon after letter request were you approved? pls did they update you that they received your letter or request?

no, they didn’t update. I submitted on sepetember. I was waiting, waiting. no update. contacted USCIS several times no update. nobody could not say anything. eventually, it was 4th time i was talking to a tier 2 officer who requested inquiry to NBC on behalf of me. the next they issue rfe for i-485j and medical. although NIW does not require I-485j. so I explain it ans responded rfe . within 2 days it got approved
