@asher processing times have no legal aspect to it. if that was the case all uscis has do is continue to increase processing times in order to avoid being sued. as per my lawyer anything past 1 year is considered a reasonable delay. I obviously seek legal advice before deciding to sue 🙄

my PD is October 19, 2021 and yet no I-130 or I-485 Approval. I've already made an inquiry for case outside normal processing and I am waiting... I suggest you do the same for the I-130.

JJ485, I am also considering writ of mandamus. PD 07/2021 and I was been told the same thing that processing times set by USCIS doesn’t matter because they keep increasing the times. I spoke to 3 different lawyers and about the sign a contract with Jim Hacking Law firm.

I am so tired of waiting and not getting any information, I was been told that they placed my case on processing hold because required security checks remains pending and lawyer told me it’s bs and they give that excuse to everyone to delay the case.
