new immigration update
If my VAWA approved and now waiting for my I485 decision, how this update ( more countries may be add to visa suspension) impact my case?

but any update related about visa requirements and suspensions, in our case I think no because some people wait for vawa approved and some wait to AOS approved , this my opinion may be right may be not 🫤

@Mo Ali well next week probably will uscis also pause all those countries pending applications i hope not im not from those country but doesn’t matter today for them tomorrow for me it looks horrible :(

hi,also my vawa was approved on November 25,full package sent February 2022,and I’m in pending for I-485 but my country is not banned! I hope they don’t wanna banned too

pls this new ban has nothing to do with anyone in America already adjusting their status. its for people adjusting outside America
