Thank you!!! Yes it was transferred to NBC after I-140 was approved Sept 2022. It was later transferred to NY field office (not my local) January 23rd then I was sent medical RFE February responded almost 2 weeks ago then approval.

Congrats!!! Same time line here, Applied Texas Benefic Center on Dec 9, 2021; i-140 approval sept 29, 2022. I-485 transfered to NBC in october 2022......And waiting, I Hope It comes soon. Enjoy your GC!!!!

@Exceeding Joy congrats!! let me ask you something, please. My I-140 was approved and the EAD card approved without fingerprint then, my I-485 was transferred for National Benefit, but I do not received any fingerprint appointment yet. How was that for you? How many time did you wait for the fingerprint be scheduled?

@Stefani S thank you! Has your biometrics been collected in the past 2 years? I heard USCIS is reusing biometrics if they already had a record of it.
I was invited for biometrics 2 months after I submitted my application.

@Exceeding Joy Thank you for your response! I also heard about it but I just did fingerprint for my Visa few years ago and when I entered in US last year, don’t know if one of these could be used. I thing this delay could be because of that my I-485 was transferred to NBC.. don’t know. Thanks!

@RR Reyes For me was the same: I-140 approved and then I-485 transfered to NBC but did you do your fingerprint before your I-485 been transferred or after? thank you!

Before, I applied all the forms toguether in december 2021 and my finguerprint in february 2022. After that they use my finguerprint when needed

@I.I. sorry for the late response. my status changed to card is being produced first then the next day case approved. I’m yet to receive card in hand. let me know when you get yours.
