Congrats. Was your case transferred to FO before gets approved from NBC?

congrats @a j . what was your predicted processing time for your local FO? I always assumed you can raise a service request only after you are past that enquiry date. I’m also current from July 1.

Congrats @a j . Did you raise a SR by yourself or with your attorney?

@a j Congratulations!!! When did you raise the SR? Also do we need Attorney to do it or we can do it online on our own. if you can please guide us on it. Thank You.

@kay r just try raising one. system will stop you if you are not outside processing time

@a j So how did you create it, if system stops. By looking at your application date, it seems your was also under normal processing time. correct?

@S T , They didn't responded me, instead I got approval.

@Raj veer Not sure how they calculated, I tried they allowed, as simple as that. keep trying your luck.

@a j what you had requested in the SR. please let me know, I have 485 but my old priority was not reflecting on it. if they consider my old date then I’m current. is this some I can request them on the SR? please advise

@a j i got it too! i was able to get the tracking number from Emma. also it shows up in my usps informed delivery. expected to be delivered on Monday.

This Friday, My 485 status changed to “New Card Being Produced”. if i am dollowing your messages correctly, there will be dew more status chnages in upcoming days - 1. Case is approved, and i will recive approval letter. 2. Card is mailed. Looks like it has taken 11 days for you to get card after status was chnaged to New card is being produced, right?

@Jay D yes it took about 8 days for the card to be mailed after approval. got the approval notices in about 3-4 days

thanks @ber d . I am not sure if you had spouse added to your application. For me, today i got status update that case is approved. For my spouse, status is still same that card is being produced. i am windering if you have any insights into it. Why different status for me and my wife?

sometimes they approve it together sometimes couple of days different. Me and my wife spouse approved at the same time though. I am still awaiting for my card to be delivered

for us both of our statuses changed within minutes of each other. But, i wouldn’t worry too much as long as the status is card being produced, cause you know they wouldn’t send the card for production if the case was not approved. also on my card the resident since date was when i got the status “card being produced” and not the date case was approved. not sure if this helps you stress less?
