new card is being produced
My case has been updated to “new card is being produced”. My EAD is valid until 2024. Does that mean approval? My attorney expedicted my case about 2 months ago, and today I got this new update. Shall I get my hopes up and assume that my case was approved?

thank you!!! I will come back as soon as I hear from them. I talked to my attorney today and the next step would be them transferring my case to the local office and go from there. Sometimes they take forever processing the green card after approval.

@Singh Feb2023 I got a new updated today. It says “your case was approved” I had no problem with RFEs along the way. My attorney made sure I wouldn’t have to go through the headache of sending pieces of documents to USCIS. The wait is long but finally got the approval letter.

@s s hello on November 15 I got new card being produced on the i 360 and on the I 485 case was transferred to another office. today my I 360 updated to request for a duplicate card was approved and I didn’t request anything. is mean my vawa is approved?
