Thanks for sharing! I have the exact same PD date as you (for rest of the world) but my case status is still marked as “pending” despite the PD being back to current (since the retrogression). Did they update your status before approving the i-485? or did it switch directly from pending to approved?

Our was pending too since September 2023 due to visa numbers not being available. After our case became current for the final decision in Jan 2024, we called them and they said that our cases were transferred to the field office in Nov 2023. And today without requesting anything or scheduling an interview, or any other updates, the status of both got changed.

I heard sometimes they approve right from Field Office and other times from NBC
