New Card Is Being Produced
I had a green card interview today and immigration officer told we will inform you about our decision and after few our of interview my case status is changed to New Card Is Being Produced, I am not sure of this because this is about EAD card but I got my EAD in September 2020

On October 2020 i got interview notice which was for December 17, but it was canceled because of big snow storm after a week they rescheduled me for January 2021

it still early I think, you need 2 more months to get a notice; cause I saw some people from Florida sharing and got interview, but their PD mostly is January/February 2020

congratulations Kaba Jenn....My PD was in Sep25,2017 and Iām still waiting till this day I had my interview in April 2019 and itās in Brooklyn center š©

Thanks Fab, i am sorry about that it is really frustrated, but please hire a good lawyer and sue USCIS.

Youāre welcome and yea me and my husband made a big mistake to not hire a lawyer at first place I think thatās why they taking their sweet time with us

@ Krish90 You donāt know what you are talking about,after interview the USCIS must respond you, if they did not you can ask SR if they still not you can sue them, thatās a LAW.
After my interview the IO aināt tell me congratulations or whatever, she gave me white paper and said that they gonna respond me within 120 days if they donāt I can ask for SR or sur them; she said that in front of my lawyer but thank god I got approved after few hours. Beside of that I know someone who did it in NYC with my lawyer on January and he got interview on this February I swear god.

Most people sue them, thatās the solution it is expensive cause no everybody can pay a lawyer but believe me once you sue they will give you another interview but stoke one right away and will make decision very fast. There are a lot of people who are on this situation right now
