@A R Yes, we went into CRP April 2023, RFIE was sent April 2024.

RFIE was for our doctor to include hepatitis B on our medical. USCIS added that to their medical requirements since 2022 but some doctors still don’t know apparently. Just FYI if you doing medicals

At what point did you use the congressional ? And how weeks did it take to get a response from USCIS after using the congressional ??

@B S We contacted congressman in February 2024, had been in CRP for almost a year by then . USCIS responded in about a month saying we were not current but we were. Told us to wait 30 days after which they issued RFE for medical

@crp man google who is your congress representative and go to their website. on the main menu they have “services” click on that and select “help with a federal agency”. It will take you to where you fill in your info for you to submit your request.

@Esme O I sent the request today they told me that my process is not current, but Is current since January 2024. I'll try the congressman. but will wait one month for it.

@crp man they told us we were not current too but we were! We called uscis customer service and told them we have been current since Jan. They asked for 30 days after which they worked on our case. Try that

@Esme O congratulations, I have question hopefully you have received your i797 approval notice. Can you check COA is EB26 or different . I was approved on 30 april recently and have received approval notice yesterday and surprised to see COA :UU which I am not sure what it mean ,can you comment pls
