New Born After VAWA Application
Hello,
I am in a little distress situation, I and my spouse has been separated for 10 years. no divorce proceedings yet and I am living outside the U.S.
I recently had a new born child with my partner. how do I update my VAWA application to add the new born child to my pending VAWA application?
I will appreciate any input.

It is not that we do not do expedite requests, they do not exist.
No one can do an expedite request for you.
It is impossible.
Please see attached.
That is the latest correspondence that we have.
They will continue to extend the Prima Facie Benefits, till they are ready approve.

I spoke to my lawyer this morning. I am three years waiting for vawa and this is what he told me be. Patient is only 39 months.
