it always moves to a field office for finalization even if they send it back to NBC and NBC sends the approval notice. this is a great sign! don’t stress.

and the agent said I was put in line for interview 2/20/2024, could it still be waived? I’m just so confused

I am not sure about the interview… could be waived or could not be. you won’t know until you’re approved without an interview. good luck!!

hey hello As you knew that you were moved from the field I am in the same my l-130 approved in December my l-485 being actively reviewed

mine also moved from NBC to San Bernardino two days ago. waiting for the decision, hope we have good news soon 🤞🏻

my I-130 was approved November, well over 100 days ago with no interview. i485 has to go through local field office, depending on how backed up your office is, it could take awhile. I’ve seen it take over a year and a half. As far as interview goes, your I-130 establishes if your relationship is real, most likely if you do have an interview it’ll be just you because of something on your application (port of entry, inconsistencies, etc) good luck.
