Fight for your rights. You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, if you cannot afford an attorney, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get some help "writ of mandamus pro se"

did some research .. follow to join based on spose ew and regular i-140 EW category are same they wont seperste. what i have heard is theri so fad dq date 2020 feb is done . i would rather ask you spouse to file 1-130 .
