@Joshua A Just be ready to discuss details of your marriage and make sure you have overwhelming documentation to prove it. Also, if you can get an affidavit from your ex that attests to the genuineness of your marriage, that will help a lot.

I have tax doc though married filing separately, life insurance having both as beneficiaries, 401k and state of Texas employee retirement saving; having my ex wife as beneficiary, rental insurance for 3 years, joint bank account, letter from 3 people, and other documents. @Lily O I filed in August of 2022.

Hello @Grace Grace I completed the interview today; it went very good, the officer said that he’s still expecting my immigration file (I-485) from my previous field office, it usually takes like a week or two to get to him. Once he receive it he will review and make decision but he feels everything should be fine, and if he needs anything he will let us know and if not, I will receive an approval notice and my ten years card will be mailed to me. I have to be renewing the green card every ten years or apply for a citizen, he also told my attorney the same thing. Hopefully a good news is coming very soon in Jesus name. My attorney later told me that the officers are not allowed to approve a case until they receive the files. Regarding the interview questions; it was centered around my divorce and the marriage. I feels they just wanna know if you are honest or something; starting from all addresses you have lived and timeframe you lived there, how, where, and when did you people meet? etc the whole interview took almost 55 mins and very back to back questions lol Now the status states: interview completed and case must be reviewed.
