need to reschedule Citizenship interview - Los Angeles
i received my interview schedule for Aug 12. i filed under a 3-year rule. filed in January 2025. i was expecting to have the interview in May but didnt happen. we booked an international flight for 1 month and will be out of the country from july 26 to aug 26. how does re scheduling work? how do i reschedule? when is the ideal time to reschedule? im worried that if i reschedule now, i will get rescheduled 2 weeks after when i am atill away. can someone ahare their experience here pleaae? #n400 #losangeles #lafo #naturalization #citizenship #reschedule #re-schedule #january2025filer

@Louriz N shoot if I were you, I’ll flight back attend the interview and leave right away. USCIS is unpredictable and so you have to make sure you don’t miss things like that. it’s in August, maybe you can push your vacation

thanks @Jesus is King. to be honest, i dont care if they will delay the interview for months. i was only rushing for my citizenship so i can travel visa free this year to other coutries. but now that i booked all the flights and got all the visas i need, i dont need to rush now. i just want to know ways to do it. when and how do i preaent proof that i have prior travel planned. when do i reschedule, and all that stuff.

i guess, i dont have to do anything. i received a notice today that they descheduled the interview.
