do not wait here your GC will take another 3yrs to come I have filled Vawa in Aug 2022 and heard nothing from the USCIS yet and time keep on increasing day by day !!!! if I would have that opportunity I wouldn’t leave it on table , I also ask your lawyer can you parallel run both applications and keep Vawa for back , you already spent money and peace already

if you still have that opportunity I will suggest you to go with that. I wish you would have listened to your friends that time you would have gc in your hands right now instead waiting on vawa

If you do have a work permit and a travel permit it is better for you to stay on your VAWA lane.You applied in 2023 and VAWA is now minus 4years.Which means in 2027 you might get approved.Don’t get pressured everyone does have their time.

just applied for your EB3 application with a premium processing for 15 days and get your GC for 2 months. my friend did it and got everything for 3 months.

@filler 2022 Right now situation is crucial every status. seriously im regretting that time why didn’t applied but still I will ask my director if he can help me to apply than I will ask lawyer. enough is enough I’m very tired being living like this

@RJ Mo I just have work permit that’s why I’m working In hospital however I don’t have advance parole

@ali ali you were supposed to apply for it ,they were might going to give you for 5years which was going to be allowing you in and out.You don’t need a lawyer to apply I did everything by myself .If you think filing for EB3 is a better option for you go for it.

@ali ali please go for the EB3. I have seen people from the banned countries being approved for EB2 and EB2 NIW including the ones that applied from their hime countries. EB3 is not any different. Like @Flower 🌷 stated, do the premium processing and have your GC within months. I wish you the best.

even if you got denied for EB3 then you are still eligible for your pending vawa. some people apply for several cases.

apply for they eb visa right now. why will you ever think it’s better to wait vawa than eb visa?

@Flower I don’t know 2023 somewhere in Facebook Vawa group. I post it, everyone suggest me don’t apply and my hospital is number # 1 hospital, since I received my Work permit card I’m working with them. today I spoke with my director. he told me to do email so he can ask from legal team if they can do for me
