Need suggestions again
Hello guys,
Need your suggestion again. My PD is April 2022 and have not been able to file for i485. October visa bulletin was a very positive step towards my date for filing but I am still more than 4 months behind.
Do you guys think that the Date of Filing will move again by January 2026?
I am in a very bad situation and need to either be able to file for my i485 or transfer my case to be a CP.

Hey wait a bit more. The DOF should move to your date by Q2 2026 then you should be able to file. Not much people are left for 2021 filing and maybe 60-70 percent of early 2022 until May have already filed.
Again it’s hard to analyze the 2022 data because it does not have all the details.
I am pretty positive that by Q2 2026 you should atleast be able to file.
