need some advice
it’s been almost 10 months I filed my son EAD application I received the receipt but I haven’t received is EAD I did biometric and also medical . at the time when I submit his application I wasn’t approved of my vawa now am approved should I send Uscis a copy of my vawa ap approval with my son EAD receipt need advise please yeah try it check

if I was you I would just call to make an inquiry. why are you trying to send them the receipts that they sent you? also 10 months is in order normal timeline. it's taking close to a year to get an EAD.

if your vawa is approved then your son name should be written on the paper. I filed for my son, he was denied 3x. Later when my vawa was approved his name was included and they sent form 485 that fee has been waived, then biometric later medical finally he got his green card.
I don’t know the age of your son, mine was 11yrs when all this happened. I called them too. Good Luck

thanks for the information when I was doing my vawa my son was 17 now he is 21 an I just get my vawa approved couple months ago
