need info on uploading unsolicited evidence
hi i have applied for i485 i130 and 765 and i got approved for 765.
waiting for others. i want to upload evidence for my bonafide marriage. i havent got any rfe for now but i wanted to upload more evidence because right now i dont see any pictures or much evidence that i gave my lawyer to submit on the portal. so my question is do i upload it under i485 or i130 unsolicited evidence so that i can avoid an rfe and delay my case. thanks for the info.

You can upload all of them, it is better for you, there is even a case that after uploading it they approve it quickly, and that will not delay your case.

my experience… was uploading all documents in both 130 & 485. it would make adjudication easy for the officers. keep uploading as and when something important is available

@nikhel augustine Please do not wait!!! Upload under i130 ASAP! They will get notified that you did and review so you don’t get rfe. Rfe can make your cases go slower!
