Need help.
Please I need your help. my USCIS account has just CASE STATUS and CASE HISTORY. please where can I find document tap to upload unsolicited evidence. or should I close the account and open a new one. when I open the site I just used my email and password nothing else please friends is there anything that am missing. why can’t I find options for documents.
Even when I open my account it doesn’t even have my name on it

do not close your account. They updated the website recently, it will show you soon. check back the next day. if nothing changes i would recommend calling them to find out

I noticed that lastnight as well. I went to find one of my other applications that had documents listed and then i clicked it. I was able to find tge unsolicited under one of the other applications

I’m not sure if it’s such a good idea to upload documents cause my time was 4 months then I undated documents time changed to 7 months 😭

@Pretty Patient from all I have read from people’s comments I realized that unsolicited evidence is very important because it’s can never make you case get denied rather it helps for fast adjudication.
