yep I did already RL but it doesn't change nothing at all they just said is not yet ready for processing that's all

This is just ridiculous, why do they even have that outside of processing times form if you still have to wait for a reply. Hope you get your ead soon, I'm in the same boat, uscis not approving my expedite request, no update on my ead.

I read in a different post that his or her status change from received to card is being produced 10 days ago the timeliness for this person is may received 5th 2021 and status update to Card is being produced march 01 2022 that's what I read in reddit

looks like, as per this frequency i will receive my card in july/august since my RD is 14 th july 2021

I searched many posts online and seems like most of them are June 2021 fillers. Meaning, we will be getting it soon. I submitted expedite request due to a financial loss reasons few days ago and waiting for any reply from them

Nebraska just went back again, updated today, this is insane.

hope at least these timelines are correct

well, if they're going back 2-3 weeks every month, they never gonna catch up to the rest of 2021, how can Nebraska still process June 2021 cases it's mid March 2022 🤦‍♀️

sure, I claimed financial loss, drivers license expiration and 180days extension going to end. no evidence was required

Rafael, any updates? I filled/RD June 29,2021 and haven’t heard anything besides “your case is waiting for adjudication” since November 2021. and this is my second outside processing time inquiries. didn’t hear anything from the first one and all my documentation expires in 20 days

I try to send another outside of normal processing time but it doesn't let me submit another one I'm waiting to send another expedite request tomorrow. for now everything looks the same so far just have to be waiting I hope we get any update in the next weeks

yes! I had the same issue. I was finally able to send it and they said it could take 7 days to hear back from them to find out if they will expedite the request or not

I try to expedite again, but they send a email the email I am trying to use is not linked whit my case, I ask my lawyer and he said I can't do nothing expediting my case cause my category is nor allowed to do it
