Hi, I tried to expedite my case because I have left less than months from my 180 days. I spent more than 4 hours on hold over the phone and it wasn’t successful… they need some valuable reasons to expedite a case. just “I’m gonna loose my job” didn’t work for them(((

so sorry to hear another person experiencing this. honestly I have not been successful expediting my request even sharing all details of personal financial loss. perhaps your employer is willing to write a letter to show that the business is experiencing financial loss by not having you at work?

@Rebecca my employer gave me 2 letters, unfortunately USCIS not even asking for evidence . They just declined my ER request

I'm late June filer. I tried to expedite because I got a job offer but it wasn't successful. I think that you should give it a try anyway.

I filed in January and unemployed for already a year) still don’t have EaD. expedition was denied

It’s hard to imagine how USCIS is taking case on hand. I have several friends filed in March/April 2021 and they have their EAD/AP with them in November 2021. So I was hoping to receive mine in next 2-3 months but responses in this group making me nervous about it 😃😃😃..

Rocky, did they file in Nebraska? NBC is processing faster but Nebraska is way behind as far as I kno

It’s either Texas or Nebraska but sure that nothing except these 2 centres.

@Rocky Nebraska amd Texas still process October 2020 for EAD and NBC is already in May-June 2021))) that’s the difference

tried to call today to USCIS, but can’t even reach representative…. machine voice drooping call automatically when I’m saying “speak to representative”… are anyone knows, how to talk to representative?

@Katerina No that’s incorrrect. Both the centres are processing cases for same year. I can see the receipt in quality date is Dec 2020 for both of them.

have you seen the actual analytics in Chinese telegram group which capture processed cases on every day basics by receipts numbers . or are you just think this only according to the processing time on uscis site. so, don’t want to ruin your reality, but what I said in previous comment is absolutely true.

@rocky just from the uscis site case statuses by every receipt number. they made a software for that

Ohh I got it. But this data may be with some errors as EAD will have employment, renewal and green card cases. I think employment new and renewal EAD may be faster than GC EAD which this data won’t be able to differentiate. However it’s mud better than nothing in hand. Thanks!!

but anyway if you see a chart eith current stage for EAD you can vividly notice how NBC faster and they re Almost done with April cases. while Nebraska and Texas are backlogged with Oct-Nov and they do not progress at all, barely processing 200 EaDs a day

and , for example, I’m employment new, never had an EaD before. using my savings for a year already. and I’m waiting for .11 months. 2 expeditions were denied

That’s unfortunate. My wife applied for employment EAD and she got approval within 6 months during Trump time. .Nebraska and Texas are working on snail speed. I wish everyone best of luck and hope that to receive EAD faster for all of us.
