naturalization N-400 | can biometric be waived?

I should be eligible to apply for naturalization April 20, and i need to travel out of US around this time , i wonder how soon do they schedule the biometric so i can plan my flight back accordingly.
can anyone share there n400 timeline please.
i see some timelines don’t have Biometric, is when is biometric waived?
