Naturalization
My husband and I separated and during that time I had a child(not his), we are now back together . Can I still do marriage naturalization even though we didn’t have the child together? We have been married for 6 years.

u may need to seek advice from a lawyer because my stepdad did something like that and because he didn’t he didn’t say I’m not his child and USCIS called me back in and canceled my residency and I was only 16

@Sherr Richards It appears since you have been married for 6 years that you had removed the conditions on your green card. I don’t think it would be a problem. As stated above you should contact a lawyer to be on the safe side. Wishing you favorable results. Good luck!

i have a quick question please. my husband been in the USA for one year going to two years in March. we don't have child together yet, when can we apply to take the conditions off his green card and get his 10 green. what form do we need and what proof do we need to send along with the application. Do we need a lawyer while applying to remove the conditions off his green card.

I believe you have to wait until it’s time to renew the green card, the condition cannot jus be taken off.
