is anyone that has the case is on the national benefit center been approved? I have been waiting for 541 days and they haven’t given me any answers.

You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, if you cannot afford an attorney, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get some help "writ of mandamus pro se"

I’m also at NBC. May 19th PD. feels like a place where green card apps go to die, but who knows. could be transferred soon!
