14 months since submission of n400, 6 months since interviewed and 7 months since post interview rfe response received by USCIS and still waiting for final decisio. . is there anybody on the same boat as me or similar to it?

hi! I was interviewed in November, issued RFE and it’s been 3 months since they got my rfe response and nothing yet. Everytime I try to see if I can submit a request, my legibility to send it is being pushed back; if you have a lawyer, what they suggest to do? or maybe it is time to contact local congressman bc the case is stalled

I’ve called USCIS numerous time, submit 2 service request and still getting nowhere but the generic response is to keep on waiting.
I’m doing the on ombudsman right now, hopefully it will help.
writ of mandamus is an50/50 and it will take at least 2 months before anything can happen.

n400 can take up to 18 months to settled so who knows

I did my interview on September 2023, responded to post interview rfe in October 2024. I’m still waiting since then.
