N400 Request for Evidence after Interview
It’s been 90 days since USCIS received the Request for Evidence (RFE) for my N400 Application.
I applied for Naturalization on June 1, 2020 and was scheduled for an interview on July 21, 2022.
After the interview, USCIS Requested for Evidence. My lawyer submitted all the evidence.
USCIS received my RFE on August 10, 2022. Since then, I haven’t heard anything from them.
I have a lawyer who is helping me with my case. What can I do next?

What evidence do they want? What was your case for a green card? Usually, if you don't work and don't pay taxes or if you have a lot of trips out of the country they ask for more evidence to prove that you have benefits for the US. Or sometimes for an asylee case, they need more evidence to prove if you follow the reason of your case. Is it possible to explain about details?

The RFE they asked for was to submit my official school transcripts.
I submitted all the transcripts that showed every university I attended in the United States, including proof that showed I graduated.
First, I haven’t traveled out of the country in so many years. I always paid taxes.

Elevated SonApr 10, 2024
@Muhammad khan it takes 2 days with sue them. then within 1 week, I got a response. In my own case the whole suing and gettting a response took 2 weeks.
They said they are ready to make a decision that my Mandamus lawyer should dismiss the case. After the case was dismissed, I got schedule for the Oat ceremony.
