hello everybody, is there anyone has the same situation when you submitted the RFE for the N400 form how long it take from USCIS to respond (the rfe it’s for child support I’m my back home country) the officer told me during the Interview she will place me in Oth when I mail the documents thank you

uscis has 0-90 days to respond. typically they’ll respond between 30-90 days. it can go up to 120 days max. after that you start enquiring.
