N400 Eligibility
When I checked the eligibility from USCIS website, it says that I have. But, when I check the general eligibility, it says that I must have been a lawful permanent resident for at least 3 years under “marriage to a US citizen”. Married back in Dec 2020 and got my green card in Nov 2021, then I filed I751 in Nov 2023. I have been seeing it can be 2 years and 9 months which already passed. Can anyone please confirm?

You are good to file but be prepared for another interview with your spouse. It could also be stokes interview depending on the uniqueness of your case. #bestwishes
