@Amby 22 4 days to get an interview date? they reuse biometrics and acknowledged your application right away… the background check is always something throwing me off… it seems like it went fast for you. I applied yesterday and hope to get an answer for the interview soon too! when is yours scheduled ?

It was on June 13th..approved on the spot and now waiting for the oath ceremony.

@moe m it depends on your green card anniversary date. The 3 year rule starts when you get your first green card (if you got a conditional one)

@moe n, You can apply base on the date of card , when the date cacylate 2yrs 9months, it similar to my own, I got my conditional green card on 3/18/22, so l'm filling my N400 on 12/18/24. Goodluck, Take care.

we were divorced. I went alone.

N 400 only after 5 years since I was divorced before I 751.

your i751 is quite fast

I expedited it by using chapter 5.
