Hey guys I wanna ask one thing , I have the i751 pending and I am applying next week for n400 but I stayed out of USA for 7 months ,.. I’ll try to prove that I still had residence here … does anyone got approved on a similar situation ?

if I’m not mistaken you are not allowed to stay abroad more than 6 months if your are going to file naturalization because it might result denial

I know but they say you can prove otherwise and still apply

no contact a lawyer. you need a waiver before applying. a waiver says they should waive the 6 months restriction violation
