Mine too, biometrics done October 22nd, estimated time until case decision 11 months 😔

I got a letter that they will use by old biometric but the status didn’t change from actively reviewing and I don’t know if it should change after the letter like that

mine was case received and changed to actively reviewing after the biometrisc so I guess next is ready for interview, but who knows how long its gonna take

does it suppose to say biometric and fingerprint instead of “case is actively reviewing” after they use biometric?

i really dont know, one day after I did my biometrics the status changed from case received to actively reviewing

filed my i751 in March 2020 still waiting n400 June 2021 still waiting

@manuel Maserati. you are correct Chicago office timeline crazy, my friend applied first of August 2021 and got her interview letter will be in February. and me nothing yet 🤭.

@ana fco All cases are different, but I have been able to see that for the appointment it is taking approximately an average of 7 months and according to your biometric date you are now going to be 6 months old. Again all cases are different.

the ceremony stated around 11:30 and it took about 20 minutes that’s it and they gave me the naturalization certificate immediately, everything was so fast.

This was an interview that I was surprised at how easy and fast it was, it did not took more than 10 minutes, they asked me 6 questions, I answered them, one read a short sentence and write another. that’s it.

Yes I did apply thru the marriage, very important to have any bills with both name, that was the only question they asked me about my marriage.

what questions they asked you? I apply through the 5 years

the questions are from the USCIS website ( 100 questions) the officer was very nice . she asked only 6 questions. 1 name one American tribe 2 name 2 holidays 3 who becomes a president if the current president is no longer able to be a president 4 who vetoes the bill 5 who wrote the federalist paper 6 and what is bill of rights the rest of questions were from my application.
