N-400 while I-751 is Pending
EDIT: My N-400 status just changed to “Oath ceremony is scheduled” today. God is good!!! My immigration journey is complete.
Hi! I just want to know if anyone has the same/similar experience as me. I filed I-751 in 2021, and N-400 in 2022, and had a combo interview in February 2023.
The officer gave me a paper that says I passed the civic tests, but cannot make the decision on that day because of my pending I-751.
Yesterday, 4/10, the status on my I-751 case changed to "New Card is Being Produced", but nothing has changed on the N-400 case.
Will I receive the 10-year green card for now and still need to wait for my N-400 to be approved then go to an oath ceremony? Has anyone experienced this before?

they probably gonna place you in line for the oath or will send u the gc and u will return it when you go to take the oath.

@GG K I got the same interview. and just got the notification for oath ceremony to be scheduled. the I-751 is not updated in my case. congrats!!!
