N-400 interview without the latest tax return
I have an interview on April 4th for N-400 and pending I-751. We couldn’t file our 2023 tax return yet with my wife due to one document still missing. Do you guys think USCIS would make this a problem or they would understand ? We have the last three years in order and no debts. Thanks all

I think you’re good until April 15th. after that you should have 2023
