N-400 and I-751
Hey everyone, I have my N-400 Interview next month and my I-751 is still pending, do you guys think I should take an immigration lawyer with me to the interview and get him involved in my case? please let me know your thoughts and suggestions.
FYI I don’t have any issues with my marriage or application.
Thank you

Congrats on getting your interview! I don’t think you’ll need a lawyer for it. It is likely a combo interview and they will approve your I-751 and then your N-400.

I don’t think you need an attorney as long as everything is good no issues be confident and everything will go just fine . good luck

same here! you just need to take your spouse to the interview just in case, but you don’t need a lawyer

I filed my 1-751 now 7months ago it still says application is being actively reviewed. can I file N-400 still while I-751 is being reviewed?
