@Mi Sto My lawyer didn’t file any other application until I changed my lawyer last year who then filed for I485, I765 and I 131 in June 2022

@y j Personal Declaration Statement, Statements by 2 witnesses, Psychological Evaluation Report, Police Clearance Certificate, Spouse’s Birth Certificate, Evidence of Marriage, and proof that the marriage was genuine such as pictures. I didn’t present any text message cos my lawyer said that won’t be necessary.

@Dre O Yes I did include utility bill. but no bank statement or lease agreement in both our names.

@chicha rron Yes I got a 1 yr prima facile a month after submitting my application and several prima Davies every 6 months till I got approved.

@y j it’s sometime taugh to arrange the utilities or lease paper as the spouse is abusive and try to control or blackmail so I think the written witness is enough .
