@M dR hey there yes I filed in October got my Ead and travel permit last year July . so just still waiting on 1-360 and 1-485 approval.. yesss God got us. we will continue to trust Him!!

@D K you will get news soon on your i-485. good luck! I got vawa approved in Oct 2022 as well and applied in Dec 2020 for vawa, just like you. My i-485 was approved this month. but I had no rfe, and without interview

@D K happy to hear!I feel I have to give back hope, now that my journey is over. make sure your medical is up to date, otherwise be ready to submit one if you get and RFE.

@D K I submitted my medical without getting an RFE. This is why I did not get an RFE. I am not saying you should send it without them sending an RFE. it is risky, as you will not get a receipt that they got it. In my case, they received it, attached it to my case properly and I got no RFE. my journey on i-485 was 3 years and 3 months, I sent updated medical in sep 2021, right before my 1st one was about to expire. would have been valid until sep 2023.
