Complex case
My spouse filled his I485 unknowingly when PD is not current but the filing date was current. He got the ead now our pd is current, what are chances his case being denied due to filling i485 when pd was not current

That's perfectly normal if you are telling what happened correctly. If his pd was current on the filing chart when they were accepting filing chart he didn't nothing wrong.
