@J U it depends, sometimes if you ask the live agent they might tell you that your interview is waived or not.

@J U I spoke to the live agent today and they told me that interview hasn’t been scheduled or waived. I’m still in the waiting game and exhausting would be an understatement.

I had the same until mine got approved today without an interview.. keep fingers crossed.

@Cherry D Congratulations! what was your field office and when was your File Date?

@Nattlestar 🇨🇦 🤞 thanks.. they received it on the 18th December, accepted it on 22nd and on 23rd scheduled my biometrics for Jan 10th the next day EAD got approved and received in mail on Jan 27th.. my paperwork was changed to electronic when they recived it so it didn’t go to field office. figured that out cos my receipt number started with IOE.

@Cherry D I received my EAD card in the mail in November 2023 and now I’m waiting for my I-484 & I-130.

@Cherry D Found out my case was moved to the local field office in Lousville KY as of April 11th and that’s the last I’ve heard. we haven’t been given an update since January 10th 2024 (5 months ago) when we responded to a RFE and completed it successfully.

@Mrs T i didn’t my biometrics in January and my next step was for interview is necessary with a 6months estimate.

@Nattlestar 🇨🇦 🤞 yh sometimes the RFE slows down the process a bit especially if your field office is backed up. it takes a little time to go back to your case.
