is all your paperwork correct ? is there anything missing is your fiance from the country that got ban to enter the USA?

I have no issues at all . All documents are accurate and everything been followed to make sure no issues. I called USCIS and they confirmed the case is in the normal process. my fiancé is not from the banned list of countries.

how did you chat on their website ? inquiring about the case iscthe only option and if you r within a normal processing time it will get rejected until you are allowed to reach out on the date that is provided. I spoke with uscis rep on the phone and told me my case is within the normal processing time and no further details available until I receive s9mething via mail.

ask for a agent on the need help chat box then say you would like to speak to a tier two officer , if they say it’s still in normal processing time, keep saying i would still like to talk to a tier two agent, then the will set you up with an phone appointment or something related to that point, if that happens it tends to bump your case back in line. I had the same thing happen to me, after i got them to set me up with a tier two agent, they sent me a rfe couple weeks later, and then approved month later.

Thank you for letting me know. I had no clue there is an option to chat and request a tier 2 officer. I will work on it now. what do I need to say exactly to the tier 2 officer regarding my case ? do you have an exact statement you used for it? @hem malot

Mainly your goal is to bump your case up so just try to get a tier 2 officer scheduled first then when the tier 2 calls you, mention about your case still says processsing while other cases filed on the same reciept date as me are already approved
